职责描述：

1、对分管的专业工程质量、进度、安全负责全面管控，并协调管理项目实施计划的落实工作。

2、积极合理的协调和配合土建、消防、暖通、装饰等其他专业工程施工的交叉作业等，确保工程整体的延续性及进度目标。

3、负责组织分管专业工程施工的阶段性验收、隐蔽验收等工作。

4、负责工程设计变更的实施情况。

5、施工图纸审核：负责针对设计施工图的技术性审核工作。

6、技术性文件及方案的撰写：负责暖通专业的相关技术性文件及方案的撰写。

7、负责组织本专业工程的图纸会审工作。

任职要求：

1、暖通相关专业专科以上学历，2年及以上相关工作经验；

2、较丰富的施工现场管理经验，有较强的组织协调能力；

3、熟悉本专业所用材料、相关设备设施的技术标准和质量控制，

4、熟悉相关的设计、施工规范，能独立承担项目建筑设备配套的工程管理；

5、能熟练使用CAD绘图软件，具备良好的沟通、协调能力。
