业务发展主任（工商业市场）
一、岗位职责
1、负责配餐、物业、后勤外包服务解决方案的制订及宣讲；
2、大客户的开发、维护，目标客户的业态包括工厂、研发中心、写字楼、政府机关、金融、教育市场（国际学校等）；
  3、参与招投标过程，参与中英文标书的撰写；
  4、识别本部存在的重要环境因素和重大风险并进行控制。
二、任职要求
1、大专以上学历，英语流利；
2、2年以上B to B销售相关经验，有外企工作经验、外包服务项目销售相关行业工作经验者优先，1年以上标书制作、讲标经验优先。
  3、专业的语言表达能力和说服力，较好的文字撰写能力，熟练使用PPT，标书宣讲等。
4、学习能力强，性格上具备很好的服务意识和团队意识，热爱销售工作。
5、具备良好的身体状况，充沛和旺盛的精力，承受压力和挫折的坚毅性格，能够适应间隔性出差。
三、工作地址
地点：呼家楼民生保险大厦（可移动办公）
四、福利待遇
1、薪资：10-15k+提成
2、8小工作制、双休，享受法定节假日、年假、五险一金，加企业其他福利。
