Job Responsibilities

  

  

• Timely reply overseas & sales inquiry for any shipment tracing;
• Timely coordinating with clients and overseas branches to arrange daily operation details per booking instructions and SOP if available.
• Tracing the order processing and shipment status and communicate with related parties in most efficient way
• Keep good relationship with overseas branches and local clients , provide satisficed service with professional solutions efficiently.
• Check & verify the buying rate and selling rate carefully
• Timely closing of job files and issue invoices to clients
• Timely accomplish shipping documents and related reports
• Well maintain clients be able to develop more business with clients
• Other tasks from the Department Manager.

  

  

Qualifications & Requirements

  

• College or above degree ，minimum  3 years’ work experiences in forwarding industry, the background for global forwarder will be preferable
• Comprehensive professional knowledge of handling  import and export  operation process for sea freight, air freight, rail etc. and capable to handle door to door services independently.
• Foreign Language skill Good English in both oral and written. CET 4 and above.
• Experienced on Cargowise System operation is preferred
• Strong team Spirit
• Ownership on results
• Can be solved problems independently under pressure
