1. 数据中心系统信息录入、维护及管理。
2. 收集整理单据并及时准确的录入系统。
3. 及时地追踪每票货物直到所有的动作都完成，同时要保证数据准确性。
4. 与国内国外同事以及客户保持沟通以保证单据工作的顺利进行。
5. 保证客户满意度，及时响应电话，邮件。
6. 能执行公司安排的特别任务和项目。

相关教育背景，技能，和经验:

1. 大专及以上学历，物流，贸易及相关经验优先；
2. 一年以上海运相关经验；
3. 良好的沟通能力以及英语能力；
4. 熟悉Cargowise系统优先；
5. 团队协作精神，责任感；
6. 熟悉Work，Excel，Outlook等办公软件；
