SMT process engineer to be responsible for programming, maintaining and the operation of SMT line. The individual will insure all quality and delivery at NPI and EVT of complex PCBA’s to meet the customer needs and requirements.

Education/Experience Requirements:

教育/经验要求

At least 5 years’ experience in the electronics manufacturing field required. Degree in electronics related preferred

Be able to understand schematic and do troubleshooting based on that.

能够理解电路原理图并能基于原理图排除电路故障

Skilled in the setup, programming, and operation of AOI and flying probe tester (Viscom & Seica preferred)

Working knowledge of IPC-A_600, IPC-A_610, J-STD-001

了解相关标准：IPC-A_600, IPC-A_610, J-STD-001

Proficiency in the use of CAM350, AutoCAD and other software

Thorough understanding of the ISO 9001-2008 quality management system

Familiar with IATF 16949 standard and such tools as APQP, PPAP , SPC, FMEA & MSA

Main Tasks / Responsibilities

主要工作职责

Create and maintain efficient programs for- (including but not limited to)  AOI and flying probe tester.

创建和维护有效的程序包括但不限于AOI和飞针测试

Assist in developing new processes and procedures to streamline process flow at NPI and EVT stage.

在新产品和工程确认阶段，辅助开发顺畅的新制程和新流程 Participate in manufacturability review of assemblies for quality and efficiency.

在质量和效率方面，参加组装的可制造检查DFA

Create and control all documentation relating to building a product.

Monitor and maintain equipment, create preventive maintenance procedures and schedules to meet company standards.

监控和维护设备，创建满足公司标准的预防维护计划和流程Monitor production line to ensure the existing process is controlled and line balanced.

Provide ongoing product and process improvement to meet quality, CI and production goals
