Tasks:

- Plan for new production line

- Create technical requirements for new equipments and system

- Installation and commissioning of the equipments

- Team management

- Work closely with our clients, independently setting your own course of action

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar degree

- 8-10 years professional experience in relevant projects

- Knowledge of lean management and lean production methods or of the digital factory and factory planning

- Practical knowledge of production, logistics, and production planning as well as of production and logistics management

- Knowledge of material flow simulation, layout planning, virtual reality or MES is a plus

- Ability to work confidently with different levels of the hierarchy (shop floor und management)

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of German is preferable

- Excellent result-oriented problem solving skills

- Good team spirit, self-motivation, and cross-cultural capabilities

- Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills

- Willingness to travel and to work at client sites
