职位描述
1、负责来宾接待、快递收发、电话转接工作；
2、负责公司会议室管理及会务服务工作；
3、负责公司办公用品的采购，固定资产管理；
4、负责公司各类票务预定工作；
6、其他行政及日常业务支持事务。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历；
2、身心健康，有良好的形象及气质，懂得基本接待礼仪；
3、善于沟通，有亲和力，有较强的保密意识；
4、熟悉办公工作流程，有良好的协调和组织能力；
5、熟悉使用办公自动化设备及办公软件；
6、有会计上岗证尤佳；
7、工作积极主动，具有高度的责任心。
