Position Description:

-   Phone operator & transfer of incoming calls;

-   Be responsible for front-desk and welcoming & hosting customers, guests, ad hoc;
Select and sign corporate hotel, and arrange hotel accommodation for visitors.

-   Invitation letters, hotel reservations, flight or train bookings, airport pick-ups, agenda, ad hoc;

-   Arrange the printing for business name cards, company envelops and letters, etc；

-   Office administration incl. supplies of stationary, express mails collection & distribution

-   Bills checking (air tickets, drinking water, cell phone, plants, Express and the other items receptionist owns)

-   Finish other jobs assigned by Company

Qualifications:

-   At least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant

-   Good communication and coordination skills

-   Fluent English in writing, reading, speaking, listening

-   proficient with Microsoft office products

-   College diploma/bachelor degree is preferred
