职位描述
Sales manager
Background:
· Minimum 3-5 years of selling services to foreign clients either in China or overseas
· 1-2 year of managing a sales team
· English: mother tongue level. Chinese : an advantage
or
Chinese: mother tongue level. English : high level
· If Chinese , better to have a returnee
· Some experience with handling contracts would be a great asset
Skills
· Proven track records of selling services and/or managing sales team
· Good knowledge of using social media tools: LinkedIn, Facebook, other
· Outgoing person, sociable, friendly, people’s person, ability to join many network events in the evening, ability to join exhibition
· Organizational skills: ability to plan organize and execute marketing and sales meeting
· Ability to research and collect materials for presentations.
· Good presentation skills. Can easily stand in front of an audience for 1 hour
· Can prepare budgets, PPT, offers, contracts
· Computer skills: good command of excel, word, PPT
· Experience with working and managing CRM
· Proven Ability to close deals
· Operational experience is an advantage
Human skills
· Sensitive person, humble but at the same time confident
· Can show its value without being arrogant
· Able to communicate and get along with Chinese and foreign staff
· Ability to communicate with foreign clients and adopt to different cultures and communication styles
Job tasks
· Manage the selling process of the company
· Managing sales team – ability to motivate, lead and empower the sales team
· Visit exhibition, networking events, seminars
· Initiate sales and marketing event: seminars, delegations, training,
· Conduct Cold calls, sales meeting, sales presentations
· Manage company CRM
· Prepare and improve sales offers, sales contracts and presentation of the company and its services
· Be active on personal and work social media to promote the company goals
· Hold regular meetings with other managers to learn about the service and help improve the company’s offering
· Participate in company meetings and events.
· Able to join networking events early mornings, late evenings and possibly weekends.
The person could be someone who managed a small company in the service business, or someone who was a sales manager in a small company and was also involved in the operation and execution or operational person who dealt also with the sales.
