• Refine customer segmentation, and design segment offerings and targeted programs including VIP.
• Expand MGM scope and maximize cross border opportunity.
• Manage initiative spending and ensure all marketing programs are in line with internal audit, compliance & legal policies.
• Enhance marketing program post tracking and evaluation process.

 Qualifications:

• Proven skills on marketing campaign and events planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement
• Experience on customer experience improvement programs
• In-depth knowledge on financial products
• Work under pressure
• Result Oriented
