What You’ll Be Doing

• Support/lead internal investigations in the Asia Pacific Region and coordinate with other functions such as Legal, HR, and Finance when necessary.
• Conduct data analysis and due diligence on customers and other third parties to resolve potential red flags and ensure the full compliance of relevant trade compliance laws and regulations.
• Perform due diligence on high-risk third parties mainly from an anti-bribery perspective.
• Perform other tasks related to the company’s compliance programs, including implementing and monitoring actions for prevention, detection, and remediation of compliance risks.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, law, journalism, political science, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of compliance related experience, preferably in a “Big Four” forensic practice or equivalent reputable forensic consultancy and/or MNC in-house compliance setting.
• Experience in conducting complex multi-jurisdictional compliance investigations preferred.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in using ERP software such as Oracle and eDiscovery software (Relativity etc.) preferred.
• High proficiency in written and oral English is required.
• Certifications such as CPA, CFE or CIA are preferred but no required.
• High level of integrity is required.
