一、岗位职责

1、负责投标项目标书关键信息点提炼，标书商务部分的编制，整合投标报价及标书的技术部分，标书的打印、装订并送达客户；

2、负责投标过程中的内外部组织协调；

3、负责内部文件翻译工作；

二、任职资格

1．本科及以上学历，英语、营销管理等相关专业；

2. 接受过客户关系管理、市场营销管理、沟通管理等相关培训；

3. 熟悉建筑装饰行业相关知识，市场营销知识，英文精通、听说读写流利，能熟练操作相关软件；

4. 较强的沟通能力、计划能力、执行能力、文案撰写能力；工作耐心细致，具有较强的责任心和事业心；善于表达自己的观点和看法，与业务层保持良好的工作关系，团队协作精神强。

The company is a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture with Class I National Construction Decoration License issued by China Construction Ministry, and M & E professional contracting and construction license, as well as Grade A Construction Decoration Design License issued by Beijing Urban Planning Committee.
