1. Working as a liaison between business and IT in order to understand the needs and benefits. 作为业务部门和IT 的联络官来沟通和理解业务的需求和效益。
2. Responsible for plant quality control solution implementation and continuous improvement. 负责工厂质量相关控制应用系统解决方案的部署实施和持续改善。
3. Responsible for plant quality system integration with all external system for legal requirement. 负责工厂质量和法规相关外部系统的接口集成。
4. Responsible for quality related report development and maintenance. 负责质量相关报表开发和维护。
5. Coordination with the cross team for new changes and new functionalities deployment. 与不同的团队协作，支持系统的变更以及新功能的部署。
6. Perform quality control activities (eg. acceptance tests) to ensure functional and performance objectives are met. 执行质量控制（例如系统验收测试），确保系统的功能性和性能满足要求。
7. Conduct configuration of the application and responsible for troubleshooting and problem diagnosis. 进行应用系统的配置，负责故障排除和问题诊断。
8. Documentation of the systems and implemented processes and training for end-users. 制作系统功能以及实施流程文档，以及进行用户的培训。
9. Backup support for other plant applications. 后备支持工厂其他系统。




任职要求：
1. Be familiar with the Auto manufacturing quality control process, and experience with the interface development and maintenance with government system. 熟悉整车制造过程质量控制流程，有和政府相关系统接口数据开发和维护经验。
2. Good knowledge and experience with ETL development and Power BI report design and creation. 良好的ETL 开发经验和报表开发设计经验
3. Good knowledge and experience with Windows Server, Oracle , SQL server database. 熟悉Windows服务器、Oracle , SQL Server数据库。
4. Agile project management experience 敏捷项目管理的经验。
5. Good teamwork spirit, Self-motivator and flexible. 良好的团队合作精神，能自我激励并且具有灵活性。
6. Good oral/written English skill. 流利地英语听说读写能力
7. 5+ years experience for MES or Quality control project implementation or maintenance.
五年以上MES 或者质量控制系统的项目实施或者运维经验
8. Automobile industry background and BI project experience are plus.
汽车行业工作背景及BI 项目经验优先
9. Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Computer Application.
计算机科学或计算机应用学士或硕士
