职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) To be responsible for receptionist duties including answering phone calls, greeting guests, hotel and air ticket
bookings;
2) To arrange and prepare meetings such as preparing and distributing the agenda and required materials, notifying
participants of the meeting times and dates, setting up facilities, and taking minutes at meetings;
3) To be responsible for all administration tasks including stationery, distilled water and catering ordering; postage,
plant & flower arrangement, distribute fax, office equipment maintenance, etc;
4) To prepare purchase orders, payment requisitions and accounting issue;
5) Typing, copying, faxing, filing, searching for files and documents;
6) To maintain an effective filing system;
7) Liaison with relative external service providers;
8) To assist in office moving and relative affairs;
9) To support management with administrative work as required;
10) To assist in other teams as necessary;
11) To handle other ad hoc projects as required;
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
1) University graduated / Degree holder or above;
2) Minimum 3 years experience on administrative sector;
3) Excellent standard of English;
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service oriented attitude;
5) Good PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
