职位:销售主管
汇报对象:店经理
负责管理店铺的日常运营及管理销售人员团队,提供优质和连贯的服务,提高业绩并确保店铺卓越运营。
主要职责:
-协助店经理管理和监督店铺的日常运营
-监督和激励销售团队,提供出色的客户服务,建立客户关系并实现销售目标
-确保店铺展示与品牌形象一致
-识别并处理客户的查询和疑虑
-以身作则,建立客户关系并实现销售目标
-与团队协调销售计划,营销活动和促销计划的执行
-管理库存并协调产品交付
-确保采取适当的安全措施
-提供意见并协助店经理制定销售策略,准备销售分析和管理报告
-有效地推动特定类别的业务,管理与类别相关的业务和运营
-通过提供在职培训,产品培训等来激励和协助销售人员的发展。
任职要求:
-至少3年的高端时尚,奢侈品行业或类似职位的管理经验
-具有良好销售技巧的零售业热情
-具有工艺和优质产品的鉴赏能力
-中英文流利。法语或日语优先
-必须具有良好的团队精神,为人亲切,以服务为导向并且有自我激励
-较强的团队建设,人际交往和沟通能力
-掌握MS Office的计算机知识并熟悉零售操作系统
