About the role

As Accounting Manager at Future Electronics, you will lead accounting team and report to China Financial Controller.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

• Lead accounting team members' daily accounting work.
• Ensure the bookings for period end closing are accurate and completed in compliance with PRC GAAP and US GAAP.
• Monthly BS & PL item reconciliation raise alert if any abnormal.
• Monthly reconciliation between group reports and PRC reports.
• Be responsible for ensuring the implementation of controls in the payment process.
• Support financial controller on building a High-Performance Finance team and implementing accounting process improvement projects.
• Support financial related audits.

What you'll need (qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Minimum 6+ years' experiences in accounting/finance; 2+ years' experiences on leading an accounting team; Must have overall accounting experiences;
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiar with tax regulations;
• Proficient in English;
• Experiences in MNCs or share service centers are preferred;
• Experience on driving process improvement are preferred;
• CPA or equivalent certificates are preferred.
