Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:

Initially setup for new clients' accounting system;

To review clients' monthly vouchers, and analysis to ensure the accuracy in recording on a timely basis;

To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and prepare reporting package for clients;

To coordinate in clients' audit process;

To meet and communicate with clients regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of clients;

Liaison with tax officer and maintaining good relationship with relevant government authorities;

To handle and respond routine client administrative concerns;

Other ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines; Must hold ZONG JI Accountant Certificate.

Over 3 years experience in areas of accounting & tax; Working experience in a consulting firm or MNC is an advantage;

Excellent knowledge in PRC GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and forex regulation;

Excellent knowledge of computer skill including Kingdee software, MS Office etc. MYOB is a plus;

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities;

Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work; and

Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to tax and accounting matters.
