Accountabilities：

1、Develops and describes appropriate statistical techniques for the analysis of data in a statistical analysis plan.

2、 Design appropriate shells and specifications for outputs. Performs statistical analyses and interprets results for clinical studies.

3、Develops or QCs analysis programs to implement techniques described in the statistical analysis plan.

4、Approves final database for freeze/lock.

5、 Works with programmers, writers to coordinate data summarization and analysis activities, including summary statistics, tabulations, graphics, analysis output, and raw data listings.

6、Develops statistical reports and statistical sections of clinical study reports.

7、Creates dummy and final randomization schemes for clinical studies.

8、Participates in the development and review of CRFs, data edit specifications, and critical variable lists. Maintains, develops, and shares knowledge of company and industry procedures and methodologies.

9、Maintains solid knowledge of SAS procedures and good programming practices.

10、Develops knowledge of FDA and EMEA guidelines and requirements for reporting of clinical trials data.

Qualifications：

• MS or PhD degree in statistics or biostatistics.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of biostatistics, and SAS.
• Shows basic understanding of clinical trial procedures, workflows and software systems.
• Exhibits excellent written and oral communication skills;Read, write and speak English.
