该岗位base在重庆公司

岗位描述：

1.制定部门年度运作部工作计划和稽核计划全面负责各项目物业管理的相关工作；

2.负责指导、监督各项目物业经理在政策法规和公司制度上的执行情况；

3.检查年度、月度工作计划和预算执行情况，对物业管理现场进行培训；

4. 指导新/老项目物业交接工作；配合接洽物业管理新项目负责各项目供应商约谈及供应商合同谈判。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，5年以上地产行业相关工作经验，3年以上大中型房地产公司或物业公司相关岗位管理工作经验，并具有办公楼和大型综合体项目物业管理运作经验；

2. 熟悉房地产项目物业运作全流程；

3. 优秀的组织协调能力，沟通能力及现场管控和应急处理能力，良好的执行能力、反应敏捷、能吃苦耐劳、承受工作压力；

4. 熟悉word，excel等办公软件。
