I. POSITION PURPOSE:

The Internal Compliance Analyst China is responsible for supporting FCPA compliance activities in the APAC Region (China Specific), including compliance activities for specified functional business units and processes. He or she will also work directly with Regional Internal Audit Team on specific projects to ensure compliance with AGCO policy and procedures. Other areas may include responsibility to prepare presentation and trainings to operation department on a regular basis.



MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? FCPA Compliance status reporting for APAC region (China specific)
? Timely processing of assessments and Current, accurate reporting provided to management.
? Assistant in maintaining the FCPA SharePoint site for APAC (China specific)
? Drive improvement in the FCPA compliance program as approved by management.
? Improvement in understanding of compliance program across APAC (China specific)
? Provide administration and Internal Audit assistance as needed for compliance document for FCPA & Others areas as requested.
? Jointly work with APAC Internal Audit Department on various assignments.
? Manage document templates for FCPA
? Template data base is up to date
? Provide guidance, training and support to all levels of management on FCPA compliance issues.
? Increased compliance across China
? Gather, collate & Organize policy documentation for APAC Region, Ensure all Policy documents are updated by document owners and issued by responsible person.
? Central repository for policy documentation created and maintained.
? All policy documentation is validated and updated on an periodic basis
? Maintain reasonability for the administration of all areas of concern
? All areas of concern are working and kept up to date.
? Any Issues that arise are reported to line management for resolution.
? Work with local Audit manager and assist with variouse audits as directed.
? Audit reports Produced and finalized
? Assist with the Administration the AGCO IA Tool,
? No Issues with IA reporting tool for China location
? Assist in planning internal audit reviews approved by the audit committee in collaboration with the Audit manager.
? Audit reports and recommendations
? Perform ad hoc business improvement projects at the direction of the Audit manager
? Successful completion of assigned projects

Extremely important to effectively communicate the company's policy on corporate and anti-corruption practices which impacts all of AGCO's companies. Must be constantly alert and on top of issues and when they arise.

IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Extensive background and experience in regulatory compliance.
Previous Finance, Purchasing and/or Law education or professional equivalent is an advantage.
Extensive experience of Microsoft office.
Previous experience in managing databases or forums.
