工作职责　

Responsibilities

1. 负责收集准备材料的清单和样品规格；

Research, Source, and Prepare Hard Finishes & Soft Finishes Materials, Samples, Schedules and Specifications for Tender.

2. 负责完成软装方案和施工图设计工作，比如家具、灯饰、地毯等相关饰品材料的设计工作；

Complete FFE scheme & workshop drawings for Soft Finishes such as Loose Furniture, Decorative Lighting, Rugs, Wall & ceiling treatments, Bedding, Artwork, Accessories, Soft furnishings.

3. 负责整合FFE平面图、立面图、剖面图及详细草图工作；

Consolidate FFE drawings for all rooms including plan, elevations, sections, details & sketches.

4. 配合项目经理工作获得供应商报价；

Work with project coordinator to obtain Supplier quotations

5. 负责统筹及安排饰品材料在现场配置过程中的相关工作；

Co-ordination of delivery of FFE pieces to site and placement of pieces according to plans/elevations during installation

6. 负责呈现样品及材料的设计准备工作；

Preparing Design Presentations and compiling Sample and Materials boards

7. 配合及支持设计总监和主创设计的相关工作。

任职要求　

Requirements:

1. 本科以上学历，室内设计或建筑相关专业；

A recognized Interior or Architectural qualification

2. 5年以上的设计师相关工作经验；

Minimum of 5 years working experience for the position of Designer

3. 敏锐的创造性和主动性；

A keen sense of creativity and initiative

4. 熟练运用AutoCAD、Photoshop等设计软件；

FF&E and /or AutoCAD 、Adobe Photoshop skills are required

5.富有团队合作精神及良好的时间管理能力；

Must be a team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines

6.具备优秀的FFE工作经验，熟练编写FFE规格。

Must have exclusive Hospitality FFE experience, able to write FFE specification

毕路德的创立，缘起于企业灵魂人物刘红蕾***、杜昀先生对“至善和谐”的共同追求。身为毕路德创意总监的刘红蕾***，是国内最具影响力的室内设计师之一，她凭借“思与境偕”的美学理念而广为人知，擅长将中国传统文化对“天人合一”的意境诉求融汇于现代生活的情境之内。而作为毕路德的总设计师，杜昀先生是“建筑景观一体化“理念的先行者，他开创性地打造了建筑、景观、室内紧密协作的团队体制，力图构筑人与自然和谐共生的意境之美。两位才华横溢的设计大师，均学成于清华，并在加拿大的工作过程中取得长足的实践经验。他们的相遇相知，为毕路德卓尔不群的设计实力奠定了基石，也将对“至善和谐”的无限向往融入到企业血脉之中。

BLVD was initially established in Canada, then moved to Beijing and Shenzhen, the two artsy cities famous as City of Design and started to fit into and win Chinese market afterwards. Over the past 15 years since establishment, BLVD always sticks to its pursuit of perfectionism and harmony, and endeavors to achieve excellent design works that can perfectly mix scene, emotion and artistic conception. Thanks to its excellent design and advanced perception, BLVD has undisputedly grown up to be the leader in the field of interior, architecture and landscape design. Today’s BLVD is not only an outstanding design firm in the interior design of hotel and office environment, but also widely acknowledged as the excellent waterfront design expert in China.
The establishment of BLVD is attributed to the common pursuit - perfectionism and harmony - of Liu Honglei and Du Yun, the life and soul of the company. As the creative director and one of the most influential interior designers in China, Mrs. Liu Honglei is very famous for her aesthetic perception of “one’s thought corresponding with the space conception”. Meanwhile, she is proficient in blending the artistic conception “harmony between man and nature” into modern life. Mr. Du Yun is the vanguard who practiced the perception of “integration of architecture and landscape” and pioneered the team system of architecture, landscape and interior designers closely working together. The aim of doing this is to achieve the artistic conception of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Both Honglei and Yun graduated from Tqinghua University and gained substantial practical experience during working in Canada. Their brilliance, coming together and working hand by hand paved a solid foundation for BLVD’s distinctive design ability and also contributed a lot in injecting the aspiration for harmony and perfectionism into the blood of the company.
The constant pursuit of perfectionism and harmony enabled BLVD design team to grow up as a group of people who can always learn from and cooperate with each other. Thanks to the free, open and internationalized working environment, the approximately 200 BLVD staff including local designers as well as those from foreign countries can talk freely with each other about design and combine their good ideas into their design works. The brilliant creativity and the rigorous academic spirit are applied into design in a compatible approach, which makes BLVD’s designs stand out for their originality and practicality. What’s more, the balance between artistic and commercial value are achieved in an artful manner. The optimal team structure of integration of architecture, landscape and interior design pioneered by BLVD’s leader, Du Yun, roofs a great many of elites from these three fields. Each of them does their best and their cooperative spirit allows the whole team to work out the best designs as if they are a large symphony team playing the most melodious music.
Yearn for perfectionism and harmony is also well reflected in many masterpieces designed by BLVD. No matter it is minimalist and concise interior space, or the magnificent waterfront shoreline, harmony always remains the theme. The beauty of “artistic conception” that is highly praised in oriental aesthetics is re-interpreted by BLVD through internationalized and modern language and further brings infinite imagination for visitors through the dialogue between nature, space and man……
