工作内容：

1.配合项目经理对各层次规划提出专业意见，探索先进理念和技术的应用；

2.具有较强综合性能力和独立方案设计能力，可独立完成不同尺度的城市规划方案，协调整合其他相关专业工作；

3.统筹主持项目成果制作（报告文件、演示文件、多媒体及动画等）；

4.与客户针对项目要求进度和前期工作的汇报和沟通；

5.注重对先进规划设计理念的实践探索，提出规划实施和管理咨询意见；

6.对于经验丰富的候选人，同时还需要负责客户关系管理，团队管理，项目管理以及对于高难度技术问题的解决。

职位要求：

1. 城市设计、城市规划、产业经济及其相关专业本科及以上学历，至少2年工作经验；

2. 较强的方案构思及前瞻策略研究的能力，能独立完成方案；

3. 对中国城市规划相关的规范、法规有一定掌握

4. 优秀的设计、可视化和制图能力，熟练操作CAD, InDesign, GIS, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint等绘图软件等  

5. 能够有计划地独立完成自己的本职工作，有强烈的责任感和上进心      

6. 善于沟通，熟悉与不同相关专业团队（交通、可持续、建筑）合作经验者优先考虑      

7. 流利的中、英文口头和书面沟通技能优先考虑

8. 有中、大型城市规划项目经验，有大型国际、国内竞赛经验者优先考虑；

9. 具有境外学习、工作或外企工作经验者优先考虑
