岗位职责：

可独立或在一定的指导下承担以下工作：

• 负责评估项目的消防图纸审查、现场查看并提出消防设计和施工中存在的问题
• 为业主提供全方面的消防技术咨询服务，负责消防策略的制定、报告撰写、模型分析
• 负责一个小规模团队负责项目的具体实施和进行项目管理，培训和带领年轻同事
• 业主、设计团队、消防主审部门的沟通、汇报
• 帮助负责人开拓消防业务市场

任职资格：

具有3年及以上作为消防工程师的工作经验，具有如下工作履历者优先：

• 消防科研机构工作经验；
• 消防工程咨询、性能化设计
• 消防系统设计（含机电工程师）
• 消防施工管理和消防检测（含机电工程师）
• 风险评估及风险工程
• 列车或船舶的火灾风险测试、评估、认证
• 火灾保险相关工作
• 消防安全管理工作
• 持有注册消防工程师证书（不接受注册消防工程师***靠）；

1. 熟悉中国设计防火规范和其他相关的消防系统设计和施工规范，并具有丰富的相关经验；
2. 好学、上进，具有较好的职业责任心；
3. 良好的客户沟通能力和演讲汇报能力；
4. 良好的团队合作精神；
5. 良好的计算机能力证明，熟练掌握Office 软件、AutoCAD等基础软件；
6. 较好的英语读写能力；
7. 了解国际消防相关设计规范（如NFPA、IBC等）优先考虑
8. 结构工程师：有结构（钢结构/木结构）抗火设计经验优先考虑
