1、Support Manufacturing Engineering in the verification of specifications, process requirements, design review, VBE and commissioning during the launch phase and introduction of process improvements;
在新项目阶段支持ME进行设备工艺验证，模拟造车，设计评审，系统测试等工作，提出并实施相关的流程改善。
2、Focus on the non-value added operation reduction activities, support and lead Kaizen events in order to realize more balanced produced process with lower non-value added operation, faster throughput time, less HC, safety environment and good ergonomic.
专注非增值作业，提出改善建议，参与及领导一些改善专案以期达到更平衡的生产线，更精简的作业流程，更高的人员利用效率，更好的工作环境和人机水平等等。
3、Support and participate in the problem solving process, when expertise competence/technical skills are needed.
技术支持现场问题分析和解决。
4、Follow Lean Manufacturing concept/principle to introduce lean manufacturing tools/method/equipments/system in order to improve quality, delivery, cost, etc
基于精益生产的理念和原则，发现并导入精益生产的工具，方法，设备，系统等以期达到更好的质量，交付和成本。
5、Responsible for investigation of new process/product change/equipments change//Kaizen solutions before implemented;
对于产品变更，设备变更，工艺变更以及改善方案，负责前期测试及验证工作。
6、Responsible for OIS delivery and continue developing work, provide/maintain technical support documents.
负责标准作业指导书的编制以及持续优化，编写相关的技术文件和维护手册。
7、Responsible for Kaizen Activities coordination, manage Kaizen Workshop and team development.
负责工厂持续改善活动并管理工厂改善中心以及改善团队的人员发展和团队建设。

任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above, Automobile, Manufacture or other related major
本科及以上学历，汽车或机械类相关专业。
2、The experience in related jobs of more than five years, Familiar with EOL process and equipment. 5年以上的相关岗位的工作经验, 并熟悉总装检测线的设备和工艺。
3、Experience in Lean manufacturing system and related tools. 熟悉精益生产制造体系和相关工具。
4、Data statistics and analysis capacity. 数据统计和分析能力。
5、Fluent in English (both speaking and writing). 良好的英语听说及读写能力满足日常办公需求。
