1. Working as a liaison between business and IT in order to understand the needs and benefits. 作为业务部门和IT 的联络官来沟通和理解业务的需求和效益。
2. Drive the requirement alignment and solution creation, lead the application implementation and improvement. 需求确认和解决方案制定，领导应用系统部署实施和改善。
3. Coordination with the cross team for new changes and new functionalities deployment. 与不同的团队协作，支持系统的变更以及新功能的部署。
4. Perform quality control activities (eg. acceptance tests) to ensure functional and performance objectives are met. 执行质量控制（例如系统验收测试），确保系统的功能性和性能满足要求。
5. Conduct configuration of the application and responsible for troubleshooting and problem diagnosis. 进行应用系统的配置，负责故障排除和问题诊断。
6. Track the service quality from the outsourcing suppliers to meet the SLA. 跟踪外包供应商的服务质量，以满足SLA要求。
7. Documentation of the systems and implemented processes and training for end-users. 制作系统功能以及实施流程文档，以及进行用户的培训。
8. Backup support for other plant applications. 后备支持工厂其他系统。



任职要求：
1. Good oral/written English skill. 流利地英语听说读写能力
2. Good knowledge of the MES implementation and maintenance, familiar with the related business process, could independent analysis and summary business requirements. 良好的MES实施和运维概念，熟悉相关业务流程，能够独立的分析汇总业务需求。
3. Good knowledge and experience for project management, and could act as MES implementation project manager. 熟悉项目管理知识，能够胜任MES实施项目管理工作。
4. Good knowledge and experience with Windows Server, Linux, Oracle , SQL server database. 熟悉Windows服务器、Linux操作系统、Oracle , SQL Server数据库。
5. Agile project management experience 敏捷项目管理的经验。
6. Good teamwork spirit, Self-motivator and flexible. 良好的团队合作精神，能自我激励并且具有灵活性。
7.Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Computer Application.
计算机科学或计算机应用学士或硕士
8. 5+ years experience for MES project implementation or maintenance.
五年以上MES系统的项目实施或者运维经验
9.Automobile industry background and SAP experience are plus.
汽车行业工作背景及SAP S4 HANA管理模块维护经验优先
