Main Responsibility:

• Localize merchandising guideline as per marketing calendar.

• Well plan and follow launch schedule, manage supplier to ensure on-time and qualitative installation in all doors.

• Follow up with customer reaction and field feedback to deliver timely VM adjustment accordingly.

• Conduct routine store visits and coach field to maintain standard merchandising quality.

• Continuously optimize permanent in-store display based on customer behavior and sales needs.

• Support new door opening and off-line event set up.

• Work with retail team to elevate VM skills for store staffs

• Cost follow up, ensure all PO issues effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Design background is more welcomed.

• Creative with strong art sense and passion in diptyque.

• Self-motivated and be able to work independently as required.

• Hard working, team spirit, pro-active, strong ownership for projects.

• Capable to work under pressure

• Be good command of written and spoken in English
