岗位描述
1. 配合行政餐饮福利组同学，对餐饮业务管理提供支持；
2. 负责餐饮食品安全、卫生安全的管控；
3. 负责对相关餐饮服务供应商的评估、考核、服务完善建议；
4. 负责相关菜品完善、为菜单设计提供建议；
5. 负责做好与各部门的沟通协调；
6. 协助做好行政其它餐饮业务开展工作；
任职要求
1. 大学专科及以上学历，食品、酒店管理相关专业优先；
2. 有团膳餐饮/高端餐饮管理经验者优先；
3. 熟悉餐饮管理的相关工作流程、食品卫生安全管理要点；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、领导能力；
5. 具备高度的敬业精神、吃苦耐劳、抗压性好；
6. 了解食品安全法，有极强的服务意识，逻辑性强，有数据和成本概念；
7. 有 5 年以上餐饮行业管理团队的经验，对餐饮运营、规划、品控有比较清晰的认识和理解。
