Responsibilities:

1. In charge of compensation analysis related tasks, including market trend, market data, salary structure, labor cost,

reporting, etc.;

2. Lead compensation annual regular programs including annual merit increase guideline and its implementation etc.;

3. Be responsible for the full cycle of payroll & benefits;

4. Collaborates with other departments/functions to prepare，monitor & analyze staff cost and develop internal & external reports to reflect timely status;

5. Provide professional suggestions per business needs, resolve all escalated issues and problems in prompt, accurate

and confidential manner;

6. Manage and work closely with local vendors;

7. Other Ad hoc assignments;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 5 years of experience in C&B functions in MNC;

3. Strong HR law knowledge and analytical skills;

4. Fast learner and a good team player;

5. Can work under pressure and detail-orientated;

6. Frequent in English and Mandarin;
