1. Organize and coordinate for all shop-floor IT topics, working as a technical liaison between IT and production processes and focus on the equipment communication solution establishment. 组织和协调所有和车间IT 相关的讨论， 作为生产流程和IT 的技术联络官， 重点关注设备通信方案的建立。
2. Drive the requirement alignment and solution creation, lead the shop-floor IT application development and maintenance. 需求确认和解决方案制定，领导车间IT应用系统的开发和维护。
3. Conduct configuration of the application and responsible for troubleshooting and problem diagnosis. 进行应用系统的配置，负责故障排除和问题诊断。
4. Documentation of the systems and implemented processes and training for end-users. 制作系统功能以及实施流程文档，以及进行用户的培训。
5. Support or Backup for other plant applications (Andon and so on). 支持或后备支持工厂其他系统(安东等系统)。

任职要求：
1. Good oral/written English skill. 流利地英语听说读写能力
2. Good knowledge of the Shop-Floor integration implementation and maintenance, could independent analysis and summary business requirements. 良好的车间信息集成实施和运维体系知识，能够独立的分析汇总业务需求。
3. Good knowledge and experience for java development. 良好的Java知识和开发经验。
4. Good knowledge with OPC-UA and project experience with automation control (PLC, Modbus, etc.) integration 熟悉OPC-UA协议，有PLC、Modbus等自动化系统集成经验。
5. Strong communication skills and project management abilities。较强的沟通能力和项目管理能力
6. Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Automation control.

7. 5+ years experience for Shop-Floor integration project development or maintenance.

8. Automobile industry experience are plus.
