1、Create build plans for all series which means to optimize the scheduling of the builds into the “table runner”.
创建所有产品系列的试制计划，依据项目计划优化试制时间表。
2、Chairman of RIM (Running In Meeting) and be responsible for agenda, meeting minutes and ”table runner”.
主持RIM会议，负责议程、会议纪要和项目计划跟踪。
3、Participate in meeting such as plant capacity meetings, Centralen, PIRA and give input to timing/planning related issues when needed.
参与工厂产能会议、Centralen、PIRA会议，根据需要给出与问题点相关的时间计划。
4、Secure pre-serie builds planning not conflict with production plan.
确保试制计划与工厂生产计划不冲突。
5、Coordinate BIW, Painting and TCF shop planning wise.
清晰的协调车身、涂装和总装车间的计划。

任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
2、At least 5 years of related work experience in automobile.
5年以上整车厂相关工作经验。
3、Be familiar with Microsoft office.
熟练运用MS Office软件。
4、Good report and communication skill.
良好的汇报和沟通能力。
5、English both written and oral.
熟练的英语口语及写作能力。
