Role Purpose:
Responsible for commercial leasing, closely serves local and multi-national corporations with real estate requirements in Shanghai, providing both analytical and general support in negotiating in Office New Setup, Office Relocation, Rent Renewal, Lease Renewal.
Responsibilities:
Serve local companies and MNCs to set up new office, relocation, lease renewal etc.
Set up new relationship with new clients through effective BD co-call and formal call on.

Qualifications:
Depending on level of role, a qualification in relevant field of real estate or university degree.
Applicants need to domestic travel or accept assignments.

Knowledge & Experience:
Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
Demonstrable real estate negotiator experience
Experience putting presentations together in PowerPoint

Skills & Personal Qualities:
Internal client relationship management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to approach tasks with initiative, with a clear and efficient process, and a mind for creative problem solving
Influencing and assertiveness
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written in English and speaking in English and mandarin
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
Working under pressure
