职位描述

岗位职责：

Watch consumer trend and deliver design trend report; understand the design needs of target customers;
Develop innovative C&T solutions for vehicles, which are consistent with brand DNA, in the same time balancing aesthetic appeal with feasibility requirements and consumer value;

Create C&T briefing and image boards, new material proposals including interior colors, textures, textile, deco, exterior body paints etc. Deliver creative presentations to efficiently communicate proposals.

Working with suppliers to realize the new and innovative materials.
Responsible for C&T development work in project work. Accountable for project timelines and task completion.
Work closely with marketing, engineering, exterior & interior designers to have a good design solution.
Follow up C&T industrialization issues, and give corresponding solutions till to production.
Maintain color& trim material library;
Excellent pattern drawing skill;

岗位要求

University graduation or Master degree in Design (Textile, Product, Fashion, Automotive);
Knowledge and experience in grain, upholstery, leathers, fabrics, interior & body colors;
Excellent teamwork, an active lifestyle, good communication skills;
Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, speaking), French will be a plus;
Communicate with other departments, and be able to interface with Project team, Joint Ventures, French team and other internal team members;
Proficient in Photoshop / Illustrator / Rendering software;
