JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible for providing accurate metal and costing accounting, metal reports, management reports and assist Accounting Manager to ensure relative metal process be compliance with the local operation procedures and metal risk control.

Key Responsibilities:

? Metal management and risk control.

? Ensure metal accounting entry posting be accurate, provide the related metal balance and metal analysis reports correctly and timely.

? Assist Accounting Manager on relative metal control/analysis work and work closely with cross department to ensure the process be compliance to the internal control.

? Ensure metal AP, OSR AP entry posting and accounting net revenue of required business units be accurate, provide the related management reports timely and correctly.

? To be the Metal/CO key user to support Accounting Manager on monthly SAP CO closing. Raise any new or amendment requirements to SAP team to ensure the existing SAP CO/Metal module meet accounting requirements timely.

? To be responsible for group financial reports (Flashes, MOR, FA pack) for required business units.

? Participate in annual stock take and to be responsible for provide the accurate annual metal stock take reconciliation report.

? Participate in annual statutory audit.

? Participate in any tasks delegated by Accounting Manager.

Are you the ideal candidate?

? Majored in finance or related fields.

? Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years senior AP or costing experience from an industrial and multinational companies (chemicals or precious metal industry would be preferred).

? Being familiar with IFRS and PRC GAAP.

? Experience of reviewing and maintaining a strong financial control environment.

? Good IT skills specifically SAP, Excel and PPT. If having experience as SAP key FICO user would be a plus.

? Good presentation, communication and analytical ability; both oral and written (superior professional English writing is mandatory).

? High levels of drive and enthusiasm.

? A proactive, self-motivated and dynamic person, able to work under high pressure. The ability to manage and prioritise their workload.
