职位描述：
1. Analyze and understand local payment market development history and trends, follow payment regulation, policy changes and guidelines.
2. Connect with top players in the payment segment, do comparison across partners and solutions, and identify the fit synergies across business segments and payment solutions.
3. Work closely with the territory teams to understand local needs and proactively work on solutions to support business growth.
4. Establish connections with key stakeholders, including but not limited to payment partners, regulators and top players in different business segments.
5. Ensuring excellent communication and internal coordination to roll-out new services, taking into account market specificity (regulation, competition etc.)
6. Managing existing accounts to maximise revenue through cross and up selling opportunities and maximising customer satisfaction.
职位要求：
1. 3+ years of business development/sales experience with in depth cross border payments industry.
2. Have good understanding of the digital payment industry development of Southeast Asia regional and well connected to Banks and Cross Border Payment Providers.
3. Stay up to date on market trends and issues affecting the local payments industry from global perspectives.
4. Strong balance of both strategic planning and active hands on approach is a must. This will be a hands-on role with deep involvement in execution, leading from the front.
5. Must possess a can-do, entrepreneurial drive, focusing on solving problems creatively with a high level of energy. This is critical both as a cultural fit and based on the nature of internal business growth plans.
6. Strong organization skills, management of priorities and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Ability to work with remote, cross-functional and extremely diverse teams to drive results.
8. Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels hence building collaborative relationships.
9. Good mobility with travel experience and understanding of cultural differences around the world.
10. Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. And Chinese communication is a plus.
11. Strong academic background, such as a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent. MBA will be a strong plus.
