The role is to perform duties relative to the purchasing of indirect items for the different production sites and RCO’s and help contribute to the strategic objectives of Global Procurement.

Responsibilities:
? Creating Purchase orders based on preferred supplier definition provided by (global or regional) Category Manager or defined by Strategic Buyer supporting also the on time delivery of goods and services.
? Clarification of (invoice) discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
? Assists with supplies onboarding
? Follow applicable work instructions and established company policies
? Support the department in its compliance with FDA, ISO, SOX and all other regulatory requirements.
? Assist on cost savings initiatives
? Reconcile invoices & goods received/not invoiced issues
? Supports QARA with notify body or internal audits
? Support Strategic Buyer with preparing/sending out RFQ packages, specifications, analysis of the bids as well as vendor management activities.\

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
? 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing or Accounting or similar function
? Ability to process information and ideas and extract key issues and implications.
? Proficient computer skills (MRP, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point).
? The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
