Tasks & Responsibilities

• Primary contact towards stores and provide first class service to all Retail channels in China
• Coordinate with Store Managers to support sales performance and team management
• Responsible for and manage daily operations including order workflow, returns, omni services, payments and logistics with active use of order management system
• Coordinate retail marketing activities and follow up feedback to marketing to ensure the marketing activities sufficiency and effective to support deliver sales target
• Be a part of a cross-functional team Including all departments within the DTC organisation
• Support and coordinate internal projects within DTC department
• Weekly and monthly planning and reporting as well as ad hoc reporting
• Handle daily communications internally and externally with logistics, distribution and fulfilment partners
• Responsible for Retail consumables, including stock management, forecasting and replenishments
• Work actively to ensure that retail operations department delivers and fulfils objectives and directions from Stockholm HQ and DTC operations department
• Operational and financial support across departments including invoice, payment, travel request approval and processing

 Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, logistics management or similar
• Over 2 years' working experiences in retail and/or fashion industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attentiveness to details and accuracy
• Proficient interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with MS Office with strong Excel skills
• Experience of ERP and/or Order management systems is required
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, additional language skills are meriting
