Bring your detail orientation and focus to the team, and support us building a solid and compliant business by validating and analyzing data provided by externals and sample check validity of it!

Core Responsibilities

- Verify data and correct data where necessary
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents and verify potential missing or incorrect information
-Update data and delete unnecessary files
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
- Scan documents into document management systems or databases
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Be the link to legal team on compliance matters and business development organization
- Data Analysis when required
- Other ad-hoc projects as needed

Must-Haves
- Experience from audit company
- Advanced Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin

Nice-to-Haves
- High attention to detail
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
- Mindset for numbers and wish to grow in the role
- Diligent worker with attention to compliance
- Easily collaborated with colleagues and partners
- Proactive, identifies potential issues and raises these with the direct manager
