DFT:

Job Description:

Qualified candidate will perform some or all functions below:

1. AMD SOC DFT/DFD emulation modeling.

2. Develop SOC DFT/DFD emulation test.

3. Develop IP virtual model and Lite SOC DFX virtual model.

4. Perform sanity test on emulation virtual model.

5. Delivery emulation model and co-work with HDT team to develop HDT tools.

6. Delivery emulation model and co-work with platform team to enable diagnostic way on pre-silicon stage.

7. Delivery SOC DFX virtual model and support DV and PPE team to verify ATE test patterns.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- BS in EE & CS. MS/PhD preferred.

- Familiar with emulation modeling.

- Experience with virtual prototypes.

- Familiar with SOC architecture.

- hands on design & verification experience.

- Understand Software and hardware collaborative development.

- Good English hearing, speaking, reading, and writing capabilities

- Good communication skills
