Responsibilities:   

·         New Chip bring up/debug and road test.

·         Create demo boards to develop new business in different markets.

·         Perform design reviews for customer project and internal project.

·         Debug project issues.

·         Write product datasheet, applications note, demo board user manual and other documents.

·         Provide feedbacks for new product ideas to help developing new products, or new derivatives of existing products.

Requirements:

·         MSEE with 5+ years/BSEE with 7+ years experiences in power management applications in the area of board level DC-DC and AC-DC applications, such as Buck converter, Boost converter, Flyback converter, Half bridge converter, etc.

·         Good understanding of power electronics topology, control theory, magnetic component design and EMC. Customer supporting experiences in both consumer and/or industry markets are required.

·         Strong lab test and measurement skills required to characterize new products and design application circuit solutions. Good experiences of directing PCB layout of high frequency DC-DC or AC-DC regulators or power management ICs.

·         Experience with serial communication protocols, such as I2C, is required.

·         Some travel may be required (mostly to customer sites).

·         Must be able to work independently with a minimum of support.

·         Proven ability to work in global team environment.

·         Wireless power experience is preferable.

·         GUI development experience (python) is preferable.

·         Automatic test platform development experience is a plus.
