Job Duty:

1. 负责与客户, 海外公司, 报关行, 代理进行联系，安排货物的进出口事宜；

Be responsible for communication with customer, oversea office, broker or agent, arrange the goods export, import and invoicing matters.

2. 负责接单后货物运输整体流程的运转，如接收订单、海外确认、订舱、运输、查货、 报关、交货、货物跟踪和出具账单等； Follow up the shipment process , such as: Receive order, overseas confirmation, cargo booking, transportation, goods inspection, customs declaration, delivery and shipment tracking.

3. 核对提单及空、海运文件的制作，能独立进行进出口业务一票到底操作；

Check the bill of lading and the production of the air, shipping documents, what operation can independently import and export business.

4. 负责解决货物操作过程中的问题，和报关行联系沟通工作；与客户协调、沟通，解答客户咨询；

Be responsible for settle goods operation problem , communication with Customs broker, coordinate and communication with customer and settle customer consulting.

5. 准备每周和每出货报告;

Prepare Weekly & Monthly Shipment Report

6. 及时准确地更新所有收入/成本;

Update all the revenue/cost in a timely & accurate manner

7. 完成上级所安排的其他事宜;

Complete other matters arranged by supervisor.

8. 负责处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报;

Be responsible for handling all kinds of emergencies and promptly report to the leader.

Qualifications / Requirment:

1. 大专以上学历，英语、国际贸易、物流管理、交通运输管理、航运管理类相关专业优先；有粤语沟通能力者优先

University / College graduate；English，international trading，logistics or related major preferred. Cantonese speaking preferable.

2. 3年以上海运/空运/中港陆运进出口操作或者客服的工作经验

At least 3 year relevant working experience in Sea / Air Freight / Cross Border to/from HK, Import / Export).

3. 具备较强的协调、沟通和操作能力，能独立运作，处理日常操作事宜；

Proactive, hardworking with team work spirit, be able to work under pressure.

4. 熟悉海关监管和处理过程

Familiar with customs supervision and handling process

5. 熟悉广东一带空运海运及陆运进出口操作/报关/商检流程

Familiar with the import and export operations/customs declaration/commodity inspection procedures of air, sea and land transportation in Guangdong

6. 备进出口报关流程知识 (普货及贵重货品, 单证册)。

Understanding on importation and exportation declaration process (General & Valuable Cargo, ATA Carnet)

7. 了解常见的国际贸易术语

Understanding of common INCOTERMS

8. 能熟练应用office办公软件；

PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.

9. 认真细心, 善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；能承受一定的工作压力；

Carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirit, can work under pressure.
