职位描述
职责：
1.熟悉零售业务系统（Omni Channel Customer service/Media platform/Data Center）的基本功能，能独立解决系统问题及用户问题，保证系统的正常运作。
2.负责系统新功能测试，与开发团队沟通跟进问题并解决问题，负责系统版本更新。
3.负责业务部门需求分析，设计流程图，需求沟通和跟进。
4.编写需求文档，系统支持文档，测试用例和用户手册。
任职条件
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，英文读写能力良好；
2、熟悉Windows/Unix操作系统及Oracle/MySQL 数据库操作，有SQL脚本编程, Java 及 .net编程经验更佳；
3、有Android/iOS 等手机应用平台相关工作经验更佳
4、良好的学习能力和技术钻研能力；
5、良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识；
6、良好的责任心和主动性。
