职位描述
1、 根据公司总体发展战略目标,协助公司管理层以及协调各部门负责人制订公司人力资源战略发展规划;
According to the company's overall development strategic objectives, coordinate with management team and leaders to formulate the company's human resources strategic development plan.
2、 熟悉掌握人力资源六大模块的内容和运用,能够将公司的人力资源工作按照各模块有效的推进,***的发挥出公司各模块的相关作用;
Be familiar with the contents and application of the six modules of human resources, and be able to effectively promote the human resources work of the company according to each module, and give full play to the relevant functions of each module of the company.
3、负责处理公司员工关系的相关事宜,根据国家的相关法律法规的规定,以及公司内部的相关制度, 合理地处理与员工的各项劳动关系,负责建立畅通的沟通渠道,听取员工合理化建议,组织处理员工投诉和劳动争议,并针对潜在风险提出有针对性的合理化建议;
Be responsible for handling with the labor relationship issues according to relevant laws and internal policies, properly handle the labor relationship with our employees, be responsible for building a effective communication channel, hearing the opinions from employees, properly handel disputes and complaints with employees, and make feasible proposals on the mitigation of potential risks.
4、负责组织协调各部门负责人完成公司组织架构及岗位的设计、评价及完善工作,组织各岗位工作分析和人员定岗定编,建立公司人员招聘体系,根据公司人力资源需求,拟定公司年度招聘计划;
Responsible for coordinating with each team leader to complete the design, evaluation and improvement of the company's organizational structure and positions, and organizing the job analysis and staffing of each position. Establish the company's personnel recruitment system, and formulate the company's annual recruitment plan according to the company's human resources needs.
5、根据各关键岗位任职要求及人员素质特点,协调各部门负责人编制公司关键岗位以及具备潜力员工的职业发展通道;
According to the job requirements of key positions and the characteristics of personnel quality, coordinate with each team leader to prepare the career development channel for key positions or employees with potentials.
6、根据培训需求调查,编制公司年度的培训计划,编制培训预算,并将年度培训计划分解到月度培训计划并实施;
According to the investigation of training needs, prepare the annual training plan of the company, prepare training budget, and breakdown the annual training plan into monthly training plan for implementation and follow up.
7、协调各部门负责人制定和修订公司绩效考核制度,根据公司战略发展目标,组织各部门制定部门的绩效指标,并分解到岗位绩效指标,定期组织绩效考评并动态管理员工的考评差异及反馈,以促使公司业绩目标的达成;
Coordinate with each team leader to develop and revise the company's performance appraisal system, according to the company's strategic development objectives, organize each department to develop performance indicators of the Department, and the KPI for each position, regularly organize performance evaluation and dynamically manage the evaluation differences and feedback of employees, to achieve the company's target.
8、协调相关负责人制定和修订公司薪酬福利管理制度,设计合理的符合行业水平公司薪酬体系,编制员工薪资方案及福利方案,报公司领导审批;负责准备公司人员费用的年度预算;
Develop and maintain the company's salary and welfare management system, coordinate with team leader to develop a reasonable salary and benefits system in line with our industry level, and report to the company's leaders for approval; responsible for preparing annual HR headcount and cost budget
9、负责建立畅通的沟通渠道,听取员工合理化建议并改善,组织处理员工投诉并向管理层报告合理化建议;
Be responsible for establishing smooth communication channels with employees, remain close communication with employees for suggestions for improvement, handling employees complaints and propose to management team for solutions.
10、负责主持部门管理工作例会,制定部门工作计划并分派落实,定期完成工作总结报告,监督部门一体化管理体系的运行并确保有效运行,保证并不断提升本部门员工的工作效率;
Be responsible for presiding over the regular meeting of department management, making the work plan of the Department and assigning the implementation, completing the work summary report on a regular basis, supervising the operation of the integrated management system of the Department and ensuring the effective operation, ensuring and continuously improving the work efficiency of the employees of the Department.
11、组织员工手册以及各项人事制度、流程的编写、评审、修订等工作,组织建立和完善公司的人力资源管理体系,呈报审批并监督实施;
Coordinate with team leader to organize the preparation, review and revision of the employee manual, policies and processes to establish and improve the company's human resource management system, submit it for approval and for implementation.
12、协调各部门负责人来拟定各部门及员工的岗位职责、任职要求,并定期更新公司组织结构图以反应最新的公司架构;
Coordinate with each team leaders to define the responsibilities, works scope and JD of each department and employees, carry out regular update to ensure the org-chart is always updated to reflect the latest structure.
13、保证公司员工政策的合规性,和外部咨询机构紧密配合,提前发现公司涉及用工的各项规章制度的风险点和漏洞并及时提出纠正措施,避免公司的用工风险
Ensure the compliance of the company's employee policies, closely cooperate with external consulting agencies, find out the potential risks of various rules and regulations related to employment in advance, and propose corrective measures in time to avoid the employment risk of the company.
14、负责和德国总部以及亚太区人事团队紧密沟通,致力于建立一个高效、互信、尊重、充满激情的公司团队
Closely work with Basler Group and APAC HR teams to be committed to build and maintain a corporate culture of mutual trust, respect, passion and efficiency which could reflect Basler’s spirits and values in Basler China’s team.
15、完成上级交办的其它临时性工作。
任职资格 Qualification:
教育背景 Educational background:
◆具有人力资源、经济管理或相关管理专业本科以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above in the major of human resources, economic management.
培训经历 Training experience:
◆受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法规知识等方面的培训。
Trained in modern human resource management skill, labor laws and regulations knowledge, etc.
从业经验 Experience:
◆有10年以上人力资源管理经验;5年以上人事经理管理岗位的经验
More than 10 years experience in human resource management, 5 years HR manager position is a must
技能 Skills:
◆对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累;
Systematic understanding and practical experience accumulation of modern enterprise human resource management mode.
◆熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇,培训等方面的法律法
