1. Prepare short/long term quality strategy
2. Deliver quality result of plant
3. Manage customer satisfaction
4. Build and implement quality system, promote quality culture in the plant;
5. Ensure the right level of competency for the CS& Q team through hiring, training and coaching the people.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree or above, Engineering background
2. 5+ years in Quality field including 3+ years in Management
3. Fluent English, initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic, able to work under pressure
