职位描述

The Role:
Summary of Position:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive government relations strategy for China (primary focus initially on Beijing and Shanghai) which promotes ADEN Services, overall corporate profile and strategic business objectives in China, as well as facilitates the getting, retaining and/or upgrading of key business-related licenses (for Security and Property Management services).

Providing guidance and support to our business leaders on public policy issues and trends that will impact the company or industry and develop and implement strategies to address them.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize government, industry associations and any other parties with influences on ADEN Services, business in China.
- Develop a public policy and regulatory objectives after analysis of the impact of laws and regulations on ADEN Services, business in China; utilize expertise in government affairs and public relations to help business divisions meet their strategic business objectives in China.
- Interact with key government organizations and other key stakeholders to influence public perceptions, and laws and regulations when appropriate; manage government relations consultancy in such a way as to leverage resources and channels of influence.
- Facilitate visits by senior corporate and business executives to government officials and various government sponsored events.
- Manage relations with trade associations & industry groups to promote ADEN Services, business objectives.
- Define and implement strategy to effectively enhance ADEN Services, image, identity and relations with communities, officials, government agencies, industry leaders, employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure all government affairs activities are conducted with integrity and in accordance with ADEN Services, Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Guidelines.

Key Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A demonstrated understanding of China,s political system, stakeholders, and challenges impacting foreign businesses will be an asset; the confidence and ability to build and maintain relations with individuals within relevant government agencies, business, and non-governmental groups is expected.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under general direction.
- Acute business acumen - easily and quickly understands the business needs that must be factored into communications plans and messages with network of relations and stakeholders.
- Excellent communications skills; strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and team spirit.

Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Preferred BA in Public Affairs / Communications / Marketing
- 5 years public affairs or government experience in Beijing and/or Shanghai, in property management and/or security division a definite plus.
