职位描述
1. 收集和整理本部门的KPI报告以及相关数据，汇总发出。
2. 协助更新SOP。
3. 跟踪本部门的事故处理和投诉事宜，包括客户投诉和内部投诉。
4. 协助安排ISO内、外审及各类客户指定的品质审计工作，并跟踪审计结果。
5. 安排并举行部门内部品质培训。
6. 协助本部门各主管实施7S管理，普及可视化管理。
7. 完成其他上级交付的工作。
职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历。
2. 二年以上相关工作经验，有外资企业仓库运营操作员工作经验者优先考虑。
3. 熟悉ISO质量管理体系。
4. 沟通能力强，英语水平良好，熟悉使用OFFICE办公软件。
