What are your responsibilities for this role?

Understand and manage customer requirements, control theproject scope, budget and schedule;

理解并管理客户需求，控制项目范围、预算和开发周期

Regular and effective communications with customers (bothinternal and external) and project team. Work closely with production team tomake sure the new products have a smooth ramp up.

与客户及项目团队成员进行周期性的有效沟通，与生产团队紧密合作以确保新产品顺利交付量产

Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans andbudgets; identify appropriate resources and assigns them with clear andaccurate direction; 

制定并维护更新详细项目工作计划以及项目预算；获取合适的资源并给项目成员分配清晰准确的工作内容和方向；

Manage day to day project execution, monitors staffperformance against plan and identifies and resolves/escalates projectissues.  Communicates project status on a regular basis to management andmaintains a repository of meeting minutes and project issues.

项目进行中的日常管理，按照项目计划监督项目成员的工作绩效、识别并解决项目中出现的问题。向管理层周期更新项目状态，做好项目会议记录及项问题记录

Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, andresponds to change in risk as the project progresses. Identifies, evaluates andmonitors relevant quality standards for project and determines ways to meet theneeds. 

评估项目风险，指定相应的应急相应计划。识别、评估并监督所有影响产品及项目质量的事项，确保满足所有要求的质量标准

Evaluate project team member performance in projectlifecycle and provide feedbacks to team member and line management. Supportproject team member and organization compentence growth.

评估项目成员在项目全周期的表现并给予反馈。支持项目成员和组织的能力提升

Support quality department on process improvement for higherproject execution efficiency

支持质量部门改善流程以便提高项目执行的效率

Coach other PL by knowledge sharing and handon support

在工作中帮助和培养其他Junior项目经理

Other tasks and assignment assigned by the Head of ProjectManagement

其它由研发项目经理交付的任务

How do you need to qualify for this role?

Bachelor degree with engineering / technology background.

本科，工程或者技术专业背景

PMP, Certified Scrum Master preferred.

项目管理认证者优先

- High-volume manufacturing knowledge   

   量产产品的生产知识

- Knowhow and working experience in Agile environment, suchas SAFe, Scrum, etc. 

  敏捷项目的工作经验和知识

- HVAC application knowledge that closely linked to CPSbusiness 

  暖通空调应用知识               

- Electrical/electronic, software or mechanicalknowledge  

  中级的电子、软件及机械知识           

- Familiar with international approbation requirement likeCE, UL, CCC & C-Tick

  熟悉常见的产品认证如CE, UL, CCC & C-Tick            

- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project 

  熟练使用微软办公系列软件

Others:

Be expertise with Product Lifecycle management process (orProduct Development Procedure)     

精通产品生命周期管理流程（或新产品开发管理）        

Good communication skills, Be able to communicate withcustomers (both internal and external) and project team effectively

Basic finance knowledge for project management
