? Manage the full recruitment process, meeting all timescales 

? Coordinating CV, interview & offer feedback, including testing and assessment results to line managers and candidates 

? Build relationships across the business with managers to ensure an efficient service is provided. 

? Act as the key liaison between managers, recruitment agencies and candidates ensuring vacancies are filled with quality candidates within the required timescales, always ensuring an excellent service is provided and legislation is followed

? Update and maintain Recruiting vender list: job boards, agencies and other HR public and on line platforms 

? Ensure an accurate and complete system maintenance on employee information 

? Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and recruiting technology data integrity

Daily operational tasks are listed but not limited as below 

?        Job posting & Direct sourcing  

?        CV pre-screen

?        Interview arrangements, both coordination and doer

?        On board procedure

?        E-recruitment system

?        Offering and package negotiation

?        Data input in SAP system

?        Employee Profile Scanning & Archiving 

? Bachelor Degree with background in Human Resource, Administrative Management or similar

? Minimum 5 years of overall recruiting experience including sourcing, internet recruiting, Campus recruitment process management

? Experience with full life cycle recruiting to include job brief (job launch), developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, slate presentation, offer and close
