岗位职责
1. 运营内部创业平台和项目，作为平台技术部门的合作伙伴，深入了解业务及运作方式，参与业务战略生成到落地全过程，制定人力资源计划，帮助业务建设组织能力，促进长短期目标的达成；
2. 协同各业务负责人一起搭建清晰的组织团队架构；并定期进行组织诊断，及时发现组织中的关键矛盾及问题并及时跟进解决；
3. 盘活组织人才，通过人才盘点、人才发展等方法，关注关键人才的招聘、培养、发展和提升，为业务部门提供强有力的人员供给及梯队搭建支持。
4. 负责组织氛围建设，定期组织员工关怀活动，传递公司核心价值观，提升员工凝聚力和团队战斗力。
5. 负责UST的管理理念的传递和落地，通过深度运营的方式帮助所支持的团队提升管理基本功。  

岗位基本需求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上HR工作经验，掌握相关的人力资源知识技能及常用工具；

2. 熟悉OD组织发展、招聘模块；

3. 了解IT、数字化相关概念；
4. 具有优秀的组织协调能力与计划管理能力；具备很强的人际链接能力，能够跨部门推动工作；
5. 自驱力强、抗压性强，具备良好的职业操守。

具备以下者优先
1. 支持产研团队的HRBP经验，或者组织人才发展相关经验者优先。
