Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :

Ecommerce Manager, Planning & Intelligence is responsible for providing strategic consultancy and solutions to TNF China Ecom growth powered by proper planning and leverage of data analytics and insights. This role requires a proven track record in working with channel planning and insights/data/intelligence tools within entire China digital landscape to provide actionable tactics that can drive business growth.

Key Result Areas:

- Work closely with BPO Team and internal Ecom Team (Ecom Director and Operation Team) on channel sales planning, including sales target, phasing, discount and by channel split based on channel dynamics

- Work closely with PMM Team on all product related subjects, including product analysis and feedbacks, GTM process coordination etc.

- Work closely with Company TORCH & CSI Team to leverage all insights, BIG DATA and intelligence tools and capabilities (existing and new) to reflect the trend of digital marketplace dynamics, category needs and consumer demand and behavior evolution and formulate corresponding strategies and actions to tackle the opportunities and challenges

- Provide strategic consultancy and solutions to TNF China digital growth powered by insights derived from all the tools and capabilities.

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years’ working experience in planning, insights, data and intelligence

Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in English (both oral and written), Chinese
