• To implement the safety, health and environmental policies as well as procedures stipulated by the organization and government. Ensure the compliance with pertinent HSE rules and regulations, in the area assigned by the leaders;

• 实施组织和政府部门规定的健康、安全、环境政策及法规。确保领导指定的区域符合相应的HSE制度和规定。

• Be responsible for the layered audit of assigned area, update related forms, follow-up corrective actions;

  负责指定区域的分层审核，更新相关表格，跟进改进措施。

• Conduct the hazard identification and risk assessment for each equipment and workplace, provide the HSE techincal support and improve the working environment;

  实施各设备和工作岗位的危害识别和风险评估，提供HSE技术支持，改善工作环境；

• Collect and update the EHS laws in time once a month, and conduct the legal compliance once a year at least.      

  每月及时搜集安全环境职业健康相关法律法规，并结合公司实际对新增法律法规的符合性进行评价；每年至少组织一次全面的合规性评价。

• Coordinate and assist in the procedure of safety agreement with interested parties, conduct the risk assessment and difine the preventive actions, and followup;

  协调并协助与相关方签订的安全协议，进行风险评估并制定有效的预防措施，跟踪实施；

• To control, approve and supervise the special operations / activities

  特种作业活动的控制、审批、监督管理

• To confirm the supplier qualification of Chemicals & PPE, and supervising the collection of MSDS and PPE testing reports, as well as acceptance check. 

  化学品、PPE相关供应商资质的审核确认、监督MSDS的收集及PPE检测报告的收集，到货后的验收

• To collect the hazardous wastes regularly, contact the qualified supplier to recycle and dispose them in time, issue the five kupono.  

  危险废弃物的定期收集，并联系有资质的供应商及时回收处理，开具五联单。

• Daily check the on-site performance of responsible areas and provide report on time;

  对负责区域进行日常现场检查并及时发送报告；

• Coordinates and support on the HSE internal and external audits / inspections;  

  协调并支持指定区域的HSE内、外审/检查；

• Conduct the trainings of HSE documents / regulations / procedure / knowledge /skill for office staff;

  就HSE文件、规定、程序、知识和技能为员工进行培训；

• Update and maintain the escape roadmap and emergency contact information of each office / area;

  更新并维护各办公室/区域 的逃生路线图和紧急联络方式；

• Organizes the environmental factors identification and control.

  组织环境因素识别与控制；

• Update the HSE management documents and the work safety standardization documents;

  更新HSE管理文件和安全标准化文件；

• To declare inductrial injury accident insurance, and applying for and issuing of inductrial injury insurance medical expenses and transportation;

  进行工伤事故保险的申报，申请并发放工伤保险报销的医疗和交通费；

• Assist the supervisor to develop and maintain accurate HSE statistics and reports

  协助主管制作并维护精确的HSE数据和报告；

• Other tasks assigned by the leaders.

• Received ISO 45001&14001 internal auditor training；

  接受过ISO 45001&14001 内审员培训；

• Government HSE Training and Certification

  官方颁发的安全员证书

  

• Five years of experience at HSE management  in Manufacturing environment

  3年以上制造企业的健康、安全、环保管理经验

• More than three years experience in the organization which has certificated by ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 as the HSE engineer.

  2年以上在通过环境、健康安全体系认证公司内担任HSE工程师职务

• Familiar with the national and local HSE laws and regulations

  了解国家及地方有关环境、安全生产法律法规
